Opportunities to Give Back
If you are looking for a way to show your child the value of giving back, we have 2 current opportunities.
1) Lee Denim Day
Teachers have participated in Lee Denim Day for many years, and this year, STUDENTS also have the opportunity to participate. Lee Denim Day raises money to fight breast cancer through the American Cancer Society.
For a donation of $1 or more, students will get to wear hats on Friday, October 2nd to show their support for the fight against breast cancer. Students will also receive a pink ribbon sticker to wear that day. (Teachers get to wear jeans, but since students are allowed to wear jeans everyday, we are giving the incentive of wearing fun hats.) We are also encouraging everyone to wear pink on Friday, October 2nd.
Our school goal is raise at least $500 to support the fight against cancer!
For more information for yourself or you own company, please see their website.
